Application Fees:

The application fee is Rs/-700 for OBC(NCL) and Rs/-200 for SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/ Departmental Candidates. Candidates can option to pay application fees through net banking, ATM cum Debit Card of Banks, UPI, or PhonePe. Candidate can bear processing charge also.

Emoluments:

The pay scale of management trainee is 50,000-1,60,000 p.m. One successful completion of this period the management trainee will be promoted to assistant manager E1 grade and placed on a scale of pay in 60,0000- 1,80000. also Dearness allowances, PF, and Gratuity. e.t.c.

Selection Process:

Selection Process for this Management Trainee will consist of two parts. Online examination( CBT ) and Group Discussion and interviews.  

***The online examination is  200 marks with two parts. Group Discussion is only qualifing in nature. 

*** The minimum qualifing mark is the 40 percentile. 

*** The panel will prepare based on purely merit.
