    About the Job:

    IntouchCX is actively seeking individuals with outstanding customer service skills and a passion for assisting customers to join their team as Customer Service Representatives (Chat/Email). The role involves understanding customer expectations, utilizing effective probing techniques, and resolving queries related to order status, inventory, and billing through web chat and email communication tools. Successful candidates will ensure customer satisfaction, document all interactions using tracking tools, and adhere to quality and performance standards.


    As a Customer Service Representative at IntouchCX, you will:

    Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and complaints related to order status, inventory, and billing through web chat and email.

    Handle inquiries in a manner that meets quality and performance standards.

    Identify and escalate priority emails to the appropriate channels.

    Handle customer complaints professionally and attempt to resolve cases by established guidelines.

    Document customer transactions accurately in the appropriate systems.

    Coordinate with colleagues, team leads, and other departments as needed.

    Actively listen to customers, demonstrating empathy and patience.

    Provide information to clients and accurately document actions taken or required in the system.

    Ensure adherence to policies and procedures in all customer contacts.

    Maintain a thorough knowledge of systems for effective customer assistance.

    Respond to incoming chats/emails within stipulated SLA and achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators.

    Attend team meetings and additional training sessions as scheduled.


    As a Customer Service Representative at IntouchCX, you should possess:

    Fundamental understanding of eCommerce websites.

    Above-average verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

    Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

    Proficiency in operating phone systems and personal computers.

    Adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

    Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    Basic mathematical skills.

    Ability to pass a background check if required.

    Effective interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds.

    Education/Experience Requirements:


    Any Graduate


    0 to 5 years in the call center industry, preferably in Chat/Email Operations
