    Human Resources:

    Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Relations.

    Experience: Minimum 4 years in HR functions in the financial/corporate sector.

    Responsibilities: Manage employee aspects, and implement performance management, recruitment, and HR operations in line with NaBFID’s growth plan.

    Administration: Procurement

    Qualification: Postgraduate degree in any discipline.

    Experience: Minimum 4 years in the financial/corporate sector, with 2 years in administration.

    Responsibilities: Provide administrative support, facility management, procurement, and liaison with various departments.

    Information Technology & Operations: Business Support & Project Management

    Qualification: Postgraduate degree/MCA/MTech in Computer Science, AI & ML, Software Engg., IT, Cyber Security.

    Experience: Minimum 4 years in Project Management/Application Maintenance/Business Support & Development.

    Responsibilities: Plan and manage IT projects, evaluate technology solutions, and drive business excellence with cutting-edge technology.

    Risk Management: Market, Liquidity & Interest Rate Risk

    Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance/Banking & Finance.

    Experience: Minimum 4 years in risk management, with preferred certifications like FRM.

    Responsibilities: Conduct stress tests, and credit risk analytics, and assist in designing and implementing the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

    Legal

    Qualification: Masters in law.

    Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

    Responsibilities: Provide legal services, assist in designing operations, and handle corporate/project finance matters.

    Internal Audit & Compliance

    Qualification: Post-graduate degree/Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance/Banking & Finance/MBA (Finance/Banking & Finance)/CA/ICWA.

    Experience: Minimum 4 years in the financial sector, with preferred audit/compliance experience.

    Responsibilities: Implement the Bank’s compliance framework, review policies, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.

    Accounts

    Qualification: Post-Graduate Degree in Accounts/MBA (Finance/Banking & Finance)/CA/ICWA/CMA.

    Experience: Minimum 4 years in the financial/corporate sector, with 2 years in accounts and taxation.

    Responsibilities: Implement accounting and taxation policies, and budgetary controls, and ensure compliance with tax guidelines.

    Company Secretariat

    Qualification: Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

    Experience: Minimum 4 years in the financial/corporate sector, with 2 years after obtaining ICSI membership in a listed entity.

    Responsibilities: Ensure timely and smooth conduct of board/shareholders’ meetings, adherence to regulations, and handling of investor complaints.

    Economist:

    Qualification: Master’s degree in economics with specialization in monetary economics, Econometrics, mathematical economics, or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution. Preferred: PhD in Economics/Banking/Finance/Statistics/Mathematics. Experience: Minimum 4 years in the financial/corporate sector; 2 years working as an economist in BFSI.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide leadership and visibility to NaBFID on economic, financial, and socio-economic development issues.

    Contribute/assist in delivering the research strategy, ensuring creative and rigorous programs/projects with tangible impact.

    Strengthen research and database management capabilities, fostering a research and data-driven culture.

    Undertake collection, compilation, analysis, and interpretation of data from various sources, involving statistical/econometric models and empirical testing.

    Undertake conceptual and methodological studies on statistics related to money and banking, prices, saving and investment, national accounts, index numbers, etc.

    Design and organize large-scale sample surveys and analyze the collected data.

    Build macro-econometric models for forecasting economic and banking indicators.

    Contribute to research publications.

    This Economist position requires a Master’s degree in economics, with a preference for a PhD, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial/corporate sector, including 2 years as an economist in BFSI. The role involves providing leadership on economic issues, contributing to research strategies, strengthening research capabilities, and conducting statistical and econometric analyses. The Economist will also be responsible for designing surveys, building macro-econometric models, and contributing to research publications.

    IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED BEFORE REGISTRATION

    Before applying online, candidates should

    a) Scan their:

    - Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm)

    - Signature (with black ink)

    - Left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)

    - A handwritten declaration (on white paper with black ink) (text given below)

    - All applicable documents (separately scanned in PDF formats).

    Ensuring that all these scanned documents adhere to the required specifications as given in this

    Advertisement.

    b) Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.

    c) The left thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged. (If a candidate does not have a left thumb, s/he may use his / her right thumb for applying.)

    d) The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows –

    “I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information

    submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the

    supporting documents as and when required.”

    e) The above-mentioned handwritten declaration must be in the candidate’s handwriting and

    in English only. If it is written and uploaded by anybody else or in any other language, the

    application will be considered invalid.

    f) Have a valid personal email ID and mobile no., which should be kept active till the completion of

    this Recruitment Process. The bank will send intimation to download call letters for the Interview etc.

    through the mentioned e-mail ID and/or SMS. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal

    e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID and mobile no. before applying online and

    must maintain that email account and mobile number.

    A. APPLICATION REGISTRATION

    a) Candidatesto go https://www.nabfid.org/careers and click on the option "APPLY ONLINE" which will

    open a new screen.

    b) To register the application, choose the tab "Click here for New Registration" and enter your Name, Contact

    details, and Email. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the

    system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration

    Number and Password. An Email &SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and

    A password will also be sent.

    c) In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, the data already entered

    can be saved by choosing the "SAVE AND NEXT" tab. Before submission of the online application,

    candidates are advised to use the "SAVE AND NEXT" facility to verify the details in the online

    application form and modify the same, if required. Visually Impaired candidates should fill out the

    application form carefully and verify/get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct

    d) Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application

    themselves as no change will be possible / entertained after clicking the COMPLETE REGISTRATION BUTTON.

    e) The Name of the candidate or his / her father / Husband etc. should be spelled correctly in the

    application as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets/identity proof. Any change/alteration

    found may disqualify the candidature.

    f) Validate your details and save your application by clicking the VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS and

    SAVE & NEXT button.

    g) Candidates can proceed to upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the

    Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photographs and Signatures are detailed under point "C".

    h) Candidates can proceed to fill in other details of the Application Form.

    i) Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before COMPLETE

    REGISTRATION.

    j) Modify details, if required, and click on COMPLETE REGISTRATION, only after verifying and

    ensuring that the photograph, signature uploaded, and other details filled in by you are correct.

    l) There is a facility to print the application form after submitting the application.

    B. DOCUMENT SCAN AND UPLOAD

    Before applying online, a candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of his / her

    photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and all relevant

    documents as per the specifications given below.

    Photograph Image: (4.5cm × 3.5cm)

    • The photograph must be a recent passport-size color picture.

    • Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)

    • The size of the file should be between 20kb–and 50 kb

    • Make sure that the picture is in color, taken against a light-colored, preferably white,

    background.

    • Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face

    • If the picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the shade, so

    that you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows

    • If you have to use flash, ensure there's no "red-eye"

    • If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections, and your eyes can be clearly seen.

    • Caps, hats, and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover

    your face.

    • Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the file is more than

    50kb, then adjust the size keeping the aspect ratio intact.

    Signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration Image:

    • Signature: The applicant has to sign on white paper with a Black Ink pen.

    o File type: jpg/jpeg

    o File Size: 10kb – 20kb

    o Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)

    • Thumb Impression: The applicant has to put his/her left thumb impression on a white paper with

    black or blue ink.

    o File type: jpg/jpeg

    o File Size: 20kb – 50kb

    o Dimensions: 240x240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e., 3x3cm(Width x Height)

    • Declaration: The applicant must write the declaration in English clearly on white paper with black ink.

    o File type: jpg/jpeg

    o File Size: 50kb – 100kb

    o Dimensions: 800x400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e. 10x5cm

    (Width x Height)

    • The signature should leave a thumb impression and the handwritten declaration should be of the applicant and

    not by any other person.

    • If the Applicant’s signature on the attendance sheet or Call letter, signed at the time of the

    Interview does not match the signature uploaded, the applicant will be disqualified.

    • Signature / Handwritten declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS shall NOT be accepted.

    An illegible, unclear, smudged declaration will be rejected. Candidates must ensure that the declaration is clear and readable.

    ensure that the Documents uploaded are clear and readable.

    Scanning the documents:

    • Set the scanner resolution to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch)

    • Set Colour to True Colour

    • File Size as specified above

    • Crop the image in the scanner to the edge of the photograph/signature / left thumb impression /

    handwritten declaration, then use the upload editor to crop the image to the final size (as specified

    above).

    • The image file should be JPG or JPEG format. An example file name is: image01.jpg or

    image01.jpeg. Image dimensions can be checked by listing the folder files or moving the mouse

    over the file image icon.

    • Candidates using MS Windows / MSOffice can easily obtain documents in.jpeg format by

    using MS Paint or MS Office Picture Manager. Scanned documents in any format can be saved in

    .jpg / .jpeg format by using the ‘Save As’ option in the File menu. Size can be adjusted by using

    crop and then resize the option.

    • Browse and select the location where the Scanned Photograph / Signature / Left thumb impression

    Selection Process:

    Selection will be based on Shortlisting -counterview. However, if a large number of applications are received for any stream, Bank may decide to change the Selection process to an Online exam – cum – Interview, for that stream.
