Job Description:

As a Management Trainee in the advanced data analytics team, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling data. Collaborating with experts from various departments such as engineering, product support, and services, the primary goal is to develop reports, troubleshoot data issues, and contribute to the overall enhancement of data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply processes for data inspection, cleansing, transformation, and modeling.

Develop algorithms for various analytic applications within the Sidel Group.

Provide quality assurance for imported data, collaborating with experts as needed.

Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.

Manage and design the reporting environment, ensuring data sources' security and metadata.

Generate reports from single or multiple systems for all business functions.

Define and develop flexible tools for non-experts to create internal ad hoc reports.

Collect customer feedback to fine-tune internal analysis.

Support the link between machine performances and reliability for efficient product ramp-up.

Provide technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.

Skill Requirements:

High-level experience in statistics, big data tools (ML), and Python programming language.

Ability to assess potential risks in collaboration with stakeholders.

Analytical skills to evaluate existing tools and databases, offering software solution recommendations.

Translate business requirements into non-technical terms.

Proficiency in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.

Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
