Job Summary:

As an Operations Trainee, you will take charge of various responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations. Your primary role will involve proactively engaging users, configuring user accounts, conducting training sessions, and monitoring user adoption levels. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will contribute to the enhancement of user satisfaction and overall user experience.

    Key Responsibility Areas:

    Adoption Enhancement:

    Proactively engage users through outbound calls, fostering product adoption.

    Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

    Provide timely and effective support to ensure a positive user experience.

    User Account Configuration:

    Configure user accounts based on individual requirements, ensuring accuracy.

    Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new users.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user configuration needs.

    Training and Onboarding:

    Conduct comprehensive user training sessions through phone calls and emails.

    Ensure a smooth onboarding process, providing users with the necessary knowledge and resources.

    Respond promptly to user inquiries, offering clear and concise guidance.

    Monitoring and Reporting:

    Monitor user adoption levels, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.

    Generate reports on user engagement, highlighting gaps and proposing effective solutions.

    Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies for improving user adoption.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in customer support, account management, or related fields.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

    Preferred Skills:

    Experience in software or technology-related customer support.

    Knowledge of best practices in user training and adoption strategies.

    Education/Experience Requirements:

    Any Graduate

    Experience:

    0 to 5 years in the call center industry, preferably in Customer Support.
