As a Lead Generation Associate, you will:
Conduct outbound calls to generate sales-qualified leads
A guide leads through the presales process
Maintain a detailed database and provide feedback on lead
quality
Meet weekly and monthly targets
Compensation includes a salary package of up to 3 LPA along with performance-based incentives. Fluency in (Odia/Gujarathi/Bengali) is mandatory, and proficiency in English is an added advantage.
