🎯 Eligibility Criteria for DLT Recruitment

  • Experience:
    • SHG/Sangha/Mahasangha leaders, ex-GPRP/DRP/NGO workers with 3 years of training experience
    • OR Others with a minimum of 5 years of training experience with SHG/Federation leaders
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Minimum Graduate degree (any discipline)
    • Higher qualifications preferred
  • Age Limit:
    • Between 25 to 55 years as on 01/06/2025
  • Residential Status:
    • Must be a resident of Purba Medinipur district (proof via EPIC, Aadhaar, Passport, etc.)
  • Other Requirements:
    • Good knowledge of SHG functioning, bookkeeping, audit, and financial inclusion
    • Strong training and communication skills
    • Must not be a current government employee, ICDS worker, ASHA, PRI member, or SHG office bearer
    • Physically fit and willing to travel

📝 Roles & Responsibilities of DLTs

  • Conduct training for SHG/Upa-Sangha/Sangha Samabay members and community cadres
  • Participate in ToT, workshops, exposure visits, and evaluation activities
  • Monitor SHG activities and training quality
  • Submit reports in specified formats (including online)
  • Support DMMU in other assigned tasks

  1. Written Examination (80 Marks)
    • General Knowledge & Current Affairs: 10 marks
    • Basic Mathematics (Class 10 level): 20 marks
    • Basic English (Class 10 level): 10 marks
    • SHG Related Knowledge: 20 marks
    • Computer Knowledge: 20 marks
  2. Practical Computer Test – 10 Marks
  3. Personal Interview – 10 Marks
