Eligibility Criteria for DLT Recruitment
- Experience:
- SHG/Sangha/Mahasangha leaders, ex-GPRP/DRP/NGO workers with 3
years of training experience
- OR Others with a minimum of 5 years of training experience with
SHG/Federation leaders
- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate degree (any
discipline)
- Higher qualifications preferred
- Age Limit:
- Between 25 to 55 years as on 01/06/2025
- Residential Status:
- Must be a resident of Purba Medinipur district (proof via
EPIC, Aadhaar, Passport, etc.)
- Other Requirements:
- Good knowledge of SHG functioning, bookkeeping, audit, and financial
inclusion
- Strong training and communication skills
- Must not be a current government employee, ICDS worker, ASHA, PRI
member, or SHG office bearer
- Physically fit and willing to travel

& Responsibilities of DLTs
- Conduct training for SHG/Upa-Sangha/Sangha Samabay members and
community cadres
- Participate in ToT, workshops, exposure visits, and evaluation
activities
- Monitor SHG activities and training quality
- Submit reports in specified formats (including online)
- Support DMMU in other assigned tasks

disenrolled by the District Committee with a one-month notice.
Similarly, a DLT may resign with one month's prior notice to DMMU.
