    Job Overview:

    Position: Customer Support Executive - Voice Process

    Experience: 0-3 years

    Salary: 2-3 Lacs P.A.

    Vacancy Details: 50+

    Locations: Chennai (Ambattur), Kolkata, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    As a Customer Support Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

    Addressing customer concerns over the phone to enhance the bank's revenue.

    Explaining product and service features to customers.

    Pitching bank products and services to potential customers via phone calls.


    To excel in this role, you should have:

    Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

    Graduation is mandatory.

    Willingness to work 6 days a week with a rotational weekly off.

    Day shift (10 AM to 7 PM).

    Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

    14 days of accommodation for outstation candidates.

    Relocation ticket and bonus provided after 90 days.
