Roles and Responsibilities:

Verifying Information:

Utilize online databases to cross-check information provided by third-party entities.

Ensure accuracy by meticulously comparing and validating data points.

Data Entry:

Enter verified information into our databases, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility.

Research:

Conduct internal or online research to supplement verification processes.

Utilize a variety of resources to gather comprehensive data and address discrepancies.

Purchase Primary Source Verifications:

Acquire primary source verifications from third parties to validate credentials.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Quality Control:

Proactively identify issues or negative trends and communicate them to managers.

Collaborate on improving business processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Communication and Collaboration:

Engage in phone outreach to practitioners and healthcare administrators to gather missing information.

Attend team check-ins and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and procedures.

License Management:

Update providers' licenses in our database to reflect current status and compliance.

Maintain meticulous records to facilitate easy retrieval and verification.

Enrolment Management:

Track and follow up on enrolment requests, ensuring timely establishment of provider numbers.

Liaise with appropriate entities to link providers to the correct group entity.

Special Projects:

Assist with various special projects such as CAQH, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.

Contribute expertise and support to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Flexibility and Adaptability:

Embrace a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities as assigned, showcasing versatility and a willingness to learn.

Education Qualification:

The minimum education qualification is a 12th pass from a recognized board.

Experience:

Previous work as a Data entry operator and knowledge of MS Word and MS EXCL are preferred.
