Roles and Responsibilities:

As an Operations Generalist at Superorder, you'll be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the CEO. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing the CEO's calendar and scheduling appointments

Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO and executives

Drafting reports, presentations, and correspondence

Maintaining electronic files and records

Assisting with special projects and events as needed

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Proficiency in English

Availability for 40 hours per week during EST hours (9 am-6 pm)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Familiarity with Google Suite and other office software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
