About the Role:

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Zoom, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing how businesses connect and collaborate virtually. Your primary responsibility will involve tailoring our suite of communication platforms to meet the unique needs of our enterprise clients. From prospecting to managing accounts, you will navigate complex sales situations with finesse, ensuring client satisfaction and success at every step.

                               

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify and engage with prospective clients, delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value of Zoom's solutions. Manage accounts strategically, fostering long-term relationships and driving revenue growth. Utilize advanced sales management techniques such as business forecasting and pipeline development to achieve targets. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for clients. Uphold Zoom's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.

    Eligibility Details:

    Experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), and collaboration platforms.

    A proven track record of success in prospecting, account management, and navigating complex sales cycles. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
